金沙江一路向西，博园路转嘉松，然后到亭卫，沪杭，至奉贤海湾，然后一路东骑至滴水湖，一路顶风，快骑死人呀！此段平均速度为19.8。骑不多久，forerunner 305电池用完，10个小时不到，以后想办法换了大容量的锂电。17：30左右骑至书院人家，吃了顿饭，又感觉浑身是劲了。但等骑到浦东，才后悔不该进入这个大工地，真是乱！结果晚上10点多才到家，总里程241，平均速度只有19.4.
现在开始盘算下次骑行的路线了！
