从天目书院至东天目缆车站，用时近17小时，全程37KM，10座能叫上名字的山头，总上升近4000M。
一年多没有爬山了，虽然经常跑步，但跑步所锻炼的肌肉群和爬山不一样。此次走完七尖线路两条腿几尽残废，右腿甚至不能高抬脚，否则四头肌上侧酸痛难忍。从大高岭开始就只能小步上山，严重拖慢了行进速度。
本来计划相当乐观，还想着体力好的话就走个环线，但现实总很残酷。不过，也有其温暖的一面，6号凌晨的月亮又圆又亮，直到过了仙人顶才开始用头灯。天气晴好，温度比预期高不少，走起路来抓绒都不用穿。。
西天目检票口工作人员真是敬业，晚上近12点了还没休息。以后再走七尖的话还是从后山直接绕过景区比较好。
