阅读、跑步、冥想、乱想

我真的有点工作狂的特质，或者是工作催生了这种特质，套用鲁老的话说，人间本来没有工作狂，只是加班的加的多了就成了工作狂。

周五又是忙得很晚，结果到家之后大脑还是异常兴奋，睡意全无，正好将正安迪·普迪科姆的《十分钟冥想》读完，这本书它的实操性非常强，读的过程中你总会有一种跃跃欲试的感觉，就像是看球赛或拳击电影，对的，我指的就是贾玲的《热辣滚烫》。

之所以对冥想感兴趣，还源于一行禅师的《佛佗传》。这本书还是去年9月朋友向我推荐的，直到今年元旦期间我才找到阅读它的时机，当然还是在高铁上。

说实话《佛陀传》这本书内容有点枯燥，或许正是因为枯燥，所以在读的过程中我自己的各种想法及脑补异常活跃，以至很多时候都掩盖了我眼中看到的文字，虽然我看到了书的文字进入了我的眼睛，进而映入到了我的大脑，但是实际上我的大脑对这些文字映像没有做出一点反应，而是任由我自己的想法串来串去。这里不由让人想起来读书要先读厚再读薄的说法，但无论如何，读书的时候特别在第一次读到的内容面前，自己的内心戏不能有太多，这也是我所意识到我的第二个读书的不良习惯。第一个不良习惯就是太关注进度，就是有一种不断想去评估剩余页数的冲动。

《佛陀传》按时间的顺序讲述了释迦牟尼的成长历程及活动轨迹，有种传记的记实感，讲述了佛陀的出生、寻道及正道过程，之后又广收门徒和教化众生，不断地从一个地方迁徙到另外一个地方，如此往复直至涅槃，也可以认为这本书是将众多的佛家经典中关于佛佗的故事从时间线上做了一个统一的梳理。

书中有趣的一点也同时让你觉得有点很反常的一点是当时的婆罗门小青年们的生活状态，他们都是典型的富二代了，可是一点富二代的自觉都没有，因为每个人都似乎在寻找自己的大道和追寻的活着的意义，绝不做福享乐，更不要继承家业和光宗耀祖，结果呢就是众多富二代青年就跟着佛陀成了佛教信徒，可谓是求仁得仁。这也许是作者对当时的那个时代的一种美化，就像是我们经常挂在嘴边说的人心不古大概也是这个道理，我们总是把以前想象得很美好，总是吵着要去梦回巴黎。

一行禅师毕竟是佛佗的信徒，在写作过程中也很难做到客观，再加上素材也多来自于佛家典籍，文字中总会有种“迷之之信”的感觉。书中最让触发我兴趣的点是佛陀带领众弟子的修行有点像这种我们现在的游戏里的升级打怪，因为修行也是分层次的，也是要不断从低阶升级到高阶，虽然他们的修行大部分时间只是打坐冥想，当然还会有听经辩经，这个群体与孔子与其弟子们的游学之路别无二致，就像是一座没有围墙的学校。修行层次的提升则主要源自于打坐冥想。

以前也关注过冥想，但并没有引起真正的兴趣，直到读到这本书。然后我又通读了一遍罗伯特赖特的《为什么佛学是真的》，之前只在《精英日课》中听过万维刚老师的解读，如果说《佛佗传》是宗教的话，那么《为什么佛学是真的》这本书可以认为是科学角度下的“佛学”，或者说是去除了“超自然”色彩之后的哲学与冥想。为了更好地理解及实践冥想，我又读起了安迪·普迪科姆的《十分钟冥想》。期间我也有试图尝试冥想，但显而易见的是，这三本书所带来的趣味性远超过了我对于冥想的不成功的尝试。

我最近有一点着迷在跑步机上跑步的感觉，像是“心流”，工作中也会有的这种忘我的状态，即专注于事情的状态，但在跑步机上更容易就能达成。

我本来更喜欢户外路跑，但上海冬天多雨的天气让我不得不由户外路跑改成了室内跑步机。在跑步机上跑步的体验非常不同，我一般会选择比路跑稍快的速度开始，如匀速5分的配速，另外就是周围的的环境是静止的，只有跑步机的履带和你自己在动，实际上动的是你的四肢，不断机械的往复。

前面40分钟跑起来没有太多的压力，时间上感觉这40 分钟有点像是5分钟。总之当我能轻松应对的时候，大脑就相对来说就比较活跃，有可能是各种的思路都会掠过我的大脑，然后又来去无踪，我自己也可以专注地去想些事情，总之边跑边想并不成为负担。

但当我把速度提升到13KM/小时的时候，前面5分钟的调整期感觉起来就有40分钟那么长，此时大脑就没有办法再去做任何闲遐的漫游了，而是不得不全身心地投入到跑步中来，以调整呼吸的节奏以及腿部的发力等等。刚开始你总会觉得有点跟不上跑步机的速度，你也可能会觉得腿部有些乏力，然后在脚落地的瞬间尝试增加了蹬踏的力度后马上又轻盈起来了，再往后又重获之前的那种节奏与掌控感，但你的心思却需要一直保持着警惕，而不是像开始的40分钟那样可以一心二用，只能处在这种全身心地投入与体验的状态下。

整个过程中我的眼睛并没有参与，只是望向前方，实际上是穿过玻璃再看到了对面大楼窗户的玻璃的反光。我可以觉察到对面大楼窗户的玻璃所反射出来的很晦暗的光线，这种很微弱的光线的闪动全部隐藏在平时根据注意不到的昏暗里。对这种光线的闪动的察觉在实际上不会产生任何的反应，它只是一种很机械地对大脑的反馈，但就是这种反馈会就让觉得你的眼睛更加敏锐了。

正因为这个感官的敏锐度的放大感总会让我联系到冥想，因为冥想确实能带来这种体验，后两本书中都有明确记载。跑步机上的感觉更像一种全身心的体验感，更像是心流，心流是一种推动的结果，是大脑100%的投入，虽然你在努力，但你却没有“努力”的感觉；而冥想是停留、静态的旁观，是一种大脑的抽离。但冥想能让你调动所有的潜力，更容易达成这种投入的状态，每想到这里总会有种要纵身一跃的感觉，冥想到底会让你体验到什么，以及体验到何种程度？

我们的大脑无时无刻都在活跃着，在你不主动思考的时候大脑的默认模式网络就会被激活，这也是你总以为你没有思考的时候各种念头却是源源不断的原因，想想即使你睡觉的时候你还会做梦呢。我们要知道的是快速眼动睡眠阶段的梦境与默认模式网络其实是完全不一样的两回事，前者是无意识情形下的信息关联与重塑，而后者则是清醒状态下像思考、记忆回塑、反思和设想未来等内向性思考过程。

人的大脑本身就是个复杂的机器，而且还是一个善于欺骗的谎言纺织者，冥想就是对抗这个自我欺骗的武器。冥想，有些类似于说培养出一个完全自主的精神自我，这个精神的第二自我只是一个专注的观察者，他只是观察你所有的感受与体验，观察你所有的念头的来去，冷眼你所有的思考与决断，审慎但从不评判。

但想学会冥想的难度就在于，努力地做出一种不需要努力的努力的姿态，正如这个世界本就是矛盾的，其实人也一样，我们加班其实就是为了不加班，结果却为了这个不加班的目标更要疯狂地去加班。
